Fort Riley Stray Facility

Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis. Military regulation requires that all found animals be held for 3 business days, after which time they are available for adoption. There will be NO holding of any animal. If you would like to adopt please come between 1000-1200 and 1300-1500 the last adoption cannot take place after 1530. We are willing to adopt to anyone who is interested in adopting. The Adoption Fee includes Rabies & Distemper Vaccines, Microchip, deworming, Heartworm or Leukemiates. Extra fees are included if the animal was spayed or neutered by our veterinarinas, however if the animal is not spayed or neutered prior to adoption you have 6 months to spay or neuter the animal by a veterinarian of your choice..
